Requirements
Proficient in Drum and/or Guitar with a strong foundation in music 具备良好的鼓和/或吉他演奏能力及扎实的音乐基础
Relevant music qualification, certification or teaching experience will be an advantage 拥有相关音乐学历、专业证书或教学经验者优先考虑
Able to communicate effectively with students of different ages and learning levels 能够与不同年龄及学习程度的学生进行良好沟通
Patient, responsible, enthusiastic and passionate about music education 有耐心、有责任感、积极主动，并热爱音乐教育
Able to conduct lessons in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage 能够使用英语授课；能够以中文沟通者将优先考虑
Fresh graduates, music students and experienced instructors are welcome to apply 欢迎音乐系毕业生、在读音乐学生及有经验的音乐导师申请
Must be available to teach on selected weekdays and/or weekends 必须能够在指定的平日和/或周末时间授课
Responsibilities
Conduct individual and/or group Drum / Guitar lessons 负责鼓 / 吉他个人及团体课程的教学
Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to students’ age, level and learning goals 根据学生的年龄、程度及学习目标，规划并进行有趣且有效的音乐课程
Guide students in developing proper techniques, rhythm, musicality and performance skills 指导学生掌握正确的演奏技巧、节奏感、音乐表现力及舞台表演能力
Prepare students for performances, recitals, competitions and examinations when required 根据需要，协助学生准备演出、音乐会、比赛及音乐考试
Encourage and motivate students to develop confidence and interest in music 鼓励学生建立自信，并培养对音乐学习及演奏的兴趣
Participate in school activities, performances, recitals and other music-related events when required 根据需要参与学校活动、表演、音乐会及其他音乐相关活动
Assist in recording teaching or performance videos for educational and promotional purposes when required 根据需要协助录制教学或演奏视频，用于教学及宣传用途
